Welcome to www.demye.com (the “Site”). These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Site, all purchases, and interactions with Demye Luxury Naturals (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “Demye”). By browsing, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. General Terms

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order. 1.2 We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or close accounts at our sole discretion. 1.3 Prices, product availability, and offers are subject to change without notice.

2. Accuracy of Information

We strive to display accurate product images, descriptions, ingredients, and pricing. However, we do not warrant that all information is 100% error-free. In the rare case of an obvious pricing mistake, we may cancel the order and refund you.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We accept your offer only when we send an order confirmation email. 3.2 Payment is processed securely via Stripe, PayPal, or other PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We never store your full card details. 3.3 All prices are in USD and include applicable sales tax (calculated at checkout based on shipping address). 3.4 You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees in your country.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 We ship worldwide from the United States. 4.2 Delivery timeframes are estimates only; we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events. 4.3 Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. 4.4 Free U.S. shipping on orders over $75 (after discounts). International thresholds vary.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unused, unopened products in original packaging. 5.2 To initiate a return, email hello@demye.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. 5.3 Return shipping is paid by the customer (except for damaged/defective items). 5.4 Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the return. 5.5 Sale, final-sale, or personalized items are non-returnable.

6. Product Use & Safety

6.1 Our products are for external use only. Perform a patch test before full use. Discontinue if irritation occurs. 6.2 We are not liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or improper storage. 6.3 Consult a physician before using during pregnancy or if you have medical conditions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (photos, text, logos, designs) is owned by Demye Luxury Naturals or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute without written permission.

8. User-Generated Content

By posting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant Demye an irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content worldwide.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Our products and the Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) in question.

10. Indemnification

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (without regard to conflict of laws). Any dispute shall first be attempted in good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, it will be settled in the state or federal courts of Delaware.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The new version takes effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, war, carrier strikes, etc.).
