Shipping Policy

• Processing time: Orders placed before 12 PM EST ship the same day (Monday–Friday). Orders after 12 PM or on weekends/holidays ship the next business day.

• Business days do not include weekends or U.S. federal holidays.

Free Shipping Thresholds (after discounts & before tax)

• U.S.: $75+

• Canada: $150+

• UK/EU/Australia: $200+

Tracking & Updates

Every order receives a tracking number via email as soon as the label is created. You’ll get real-time updates from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it reaches your door.

International Orders

• You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total and are paid directly to the carrier or customs authority upon delivery.

• We are not able to mark packages as “gifts” or declare lower values.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to:

• P.O. Boxes in certain remote areas

• Russia, Ukraine, or countries under active trade sanctions

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

• If your order shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days.

• Damaged items: Send photos to hello@demye.com within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a free replacement immediately.

• Lost packages: We’ll file a claim and reship or refund you once the carrier confirms loss (usually 10–20 days after expected delivery).

Address Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled or addresses updated free of charge if the package has not yet shipped.

• Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute or intercept it.

Pre-Orders & Backordered Items

If an item is on pre-order, the entire order will ship together when everything is in stock (unless you request partial shipment). Estimated ship dates are shown on the product page.
