Refund Policy

Demye Luxury Naturals Effective Date: November 26, 2025

We want you to be completely in love with every Demye product. If something isn’t perfect, we’ve got you covered with our simple, customer-first refund policy.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.

Eligible for Refund/Exchange

  • Unused and unopened products

  • In original packaging with seals intact

  • With proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Not Eligible for Refund/Exchange

  • Products that have been opened or used (except for quality issues)

  • Final-sale, clearance, or personalized items

  • Free gifts or promotional items

  • Products damaged by misuse or improper storage

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello@demye.com within 30 days of delivery with:

    • Your order number

    • Reason for return (optional, but helps us improve!)

    • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective

  2. We’ll reply within 24–48 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return label (U.S. customers only).

  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at the carrier.

Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it within 3 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of approval.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is free for U.S. customers when using our prepaid label.

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original outbound shipping charges are non-refundable (except when we sent the wrong or defective item).

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item?

We’ll make it right immediately — 100% free of charge.

  • Send photos to hello@demye.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • We’ll send a replacement or full refund (including original shipping) plus a prepaid label for the faulty item.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation email, please check your bank/spam folder first, then contact us at hello@demye.com. We’ll trace it for you.
